The main thing I noticed about this product is that it stopped my horrible night time leg cramps. I stopped taking it for a few days to see if it's a coincidence, and the leg cramps came right back. Started taking it again, and the cramps stopped. It would interesting to know if anyone else has experienced this? The raspberry ketones do seem to reduce my desire to snack, too. Yes it has a lovely raspberry taste, but it is not the product your looking for. Did you watch Dr. Oz?... They failed to mention you need to buy pure raspberry ketones for it to work. No binders or fillers added(except for the vegetable capsule coating). Read all the extra ingredients on this product. You will be shocked. There is about 5 extra ingredients that make this product INEFFECTIVE!!!!!

I have reduced my caloric intake to 2 small meals per day rather than 3 sometimes large meals with snacks in between so it's hard to say just how much effect the Ketones are having, but when I have dieted this way before I had a much harder time getting the excess fat to metabolize. My energy level would fall and I would feel starved, but with the Ketones I still have a good energy level and I don't feel hungry all the time. Pros
