I like having the packets pre-measured. With the larger containers I tend to get too much. It's true that you have to be careful when pouring it into a bottle (versus a glass) but the ease of carrying packets rather than the bigger container outweighs the method of taking it for me. Plus it really works to help me relax. I primarily use it for bedtime for that reason.

I decided to try Calm (packets) and Calm Plus Calcium (full size) to lessen my anxiety. I thought these packets would be easy to carry to work and school. They are. The problem occurs when you open them. I use a wide mouthed Nalgene bottle to mix the drink while on the go. I am able to get the majority of the powder into the bottle, but a small amount always gets on me or the surface I am working on. The powder wipes away pretty easily, but it's still very messy. I plan to finish my box of these, but I won't purchase these packets again.

Place powder in a glass or mug; add 2-3 oz of hot water. Let it fizz, then stir until dissolved. Fill glass with warm or cold water and enjoy. You can also simply add Natural Calm to a glass or bottle of cold water.
