Natural Calm has been a miracle for me. I am in menopause and suffer with the anxiety, racing mind syndrome, when I finally get into bed. Started using this product when my favorite Calcium Magnesium supplement was no longer available. It has no only provided the minerals I lack, as I limit dairy intake, but helps me sleep and aids regularity. I have told several people about this product and they also have been very satisfied with it.

I have difficulty falling asleep at night, and this product has been a great answer. I take it just before going to bed, and I find that it is effective almost immediately. It helps me fall asleep when I want to go to bed. (On nights where I take it and then find myself involved in a TV show or getting a second wind on a project or something, I stay awake.) I guess it is also a laxative so be careful!

Because you dissolve this supplement in water before you take it, I believe it must digest more quickly than taking it in pill form. It has a pleasant citrus taste and does wonders for my digestive tract.

I had tried this product several years ago as a sample. I remember it working better to sooth the nerves. I also don't remember it being such an effective laxative. This is important to note if you do not need assistance in this area. The taste is mild. Like water with lemon juice(unsweetened) added. I do believe it is a good product.

People had recommended this to me for quite some time to help me sleep better. I didn't think I would like the "fizzy" drink though. Finally decided to try it - it fizzes before you drink it,not while you are drinking it. I sleep better overall, but what really amazes me is that I don't get foot or leg cramps anymore. I drink it every night before bed now.
