I was recommended to take Natural Calm -Magnesium by my pediatrician for my son's recently diagnosed motor tics. He was expressing tics every 2-5 seconds and within 1 hour of taking Natural Calm his tics reduced to about 2-5 per hour! I have switched to taking Kids Natural Calm Multi because it incorporates all of the other vitamins I give him as well. If he misses 1-2 days of a Magnesium dosage his tics return dramatically and he also becomes more "hyper". Before introducing Magnesium into his diet, I used to complain that he would "bounce off the walls", now he is definitely more calm and there is an amazing reduction in motor tics. He does need to stay away from calcium/dairy products because that does excite him. This is a fantastic product!

I've been using the product for about a week, starting with the recommended beginning dosage, 1/2 teaspoon. So far, I have seen minor improvement in leg cramps at night after a strenuous day of exercise. I hope that the improvement is more noticeable after I have taken this medication for a longer period of time, and I am able to increase the dosage. It is palatable and easy to use.

I cant say enough about this product. Especially for any women out there, I know females have more of a tendency to suffer from trouble sleeping due to stress/anxiety. Really natural lemony taste with a pleasant not to strong fizz. I drink it in a small glass of cold water and thats how I prefer it. I fall right to sleep now and dont suffer from the nighttime joint pain that I was before.
