when i can't sleep i make a cup before going to bed. and what i love about the product is that i have problem with constipation and it helps with that also.

I use Sweet Lemon, which makes a delicious hot tea, an hour before I go to bed. I always make sure NOT to eat after 6:30 pm or drink anything as it can interrupt my sound sleep that evening. As long as I follow those rules I invariably get a much better night's sleep with Calm!
