Tastes okay, works for me. I use it to augment the magnesium in my daily multiple which has too little. I take before bedtime, with some taurine (based on recommendation from my nutritionist) and I sleep soundly. It's unfortunate about the 1-star review here stating this product had unacceptable levels of lead. I cannot find the quote he posted on the consumerlab site. In fact they 'approve' of this product and state that its 'free of unacceptable levels of lead.' Go figure. I suggest you look for yourself before believing either that guy, or me.

This is week 3 and I haven't had a headache. I usually have headaches weekly. Taking too much may leave you running to the bathroom. On week two I added vitamin d3 and it helps with the bathroom trips. So far so good. For anyone that suffers from headaches you know how important it is to find something that works. This has been working for me.

So many things I like about this product:
1. It's powder form, better absorption than tablets in my opinion.
2. It helps with constipation. I started out with 1/2 tsp for first 2 weeks to get my body use to it. Now, 5 mos later, I'm up to 1.5 tsp. It does NOT give me diarrhea, just makes me regular without any discomfort.
3. It also helps with my migraines. The effect sometimes is instantaneous
4. I take it before my workout to give me energy. I no longer need to buy energy drinks!

I love this product! I have had muscle spasms for years and this product stops them almost immediately. I take 1 TBS daily now to prevent the spasms. Works whether you make it in hot or cold water. I keep a cup of it by my bed as the spasms happen at night. It also helps to keep your bowels regular but if you take too much you will know as they will be loose. That's why it's good to start out with 1 tsp. and gradually add more until you meet the max recommended of 1 TBS/day.

Take this product at bedtime in hot water. It relaxes you and allows one to sleep well...in addition to restoring your magnesium levels to normal.

Was not really happy about the taste. I disolved it in hot tap water first then added whatever I wanted to drink to it. It tainted the flavor and made it hard to drink it down. Even 1/2 the dosage upset my stomach with nausea most of the day. I am currently trying to get a refund from the manufacturer as I could not return it to drugstore.com.

Before anyone decides against this product based on Dr. Holly's review and Consumer Labs, they should investigate into the claims (like I did). Look up the assessment of the company Consumer Labs on a website called Health Wyze (dot) org. I'm so glad I did. I don't work for Natural Vitality or have any connection to them. I am only a consumer looking for a good and reliable product and the truth.

My system is very depleted and it will take some time for I will begin to see a difference. I recommend flavor this is important to me and I will include the calicum too.

I'm lactose intolerate, therefore I could use the calicum.I will admit my fatigue is less, now I feel more like excercising again.
