I liked that this product was gentle and easy to use and did not increase sensitivity as other products have but only a slight difference in tooth color after several weeks of continual use.

This didn't work as well as the package said it would. It didn't bother my gums like some other products have but I didn't get results I wanted either. The taste is awful!

Sorry, but mouth trays should clearly only be used when accompanied by a dentist to suck up the saliva as the saliva just build up like mad! It's so, so gross! I tired and couldn't keep it in for more then 2 min as the amount of saliva was just far too much. Total waste!

No way! I tried this once and it made my teeth soooo sensitive, I threw it away. I have a couple of teeth that are a bit sensitive, but this was terrible for all my teeth.
For Best Results: The 5-Minute Extra Gentle System works on surface stains caused by coffee, tea, smoking, red wine and aging. First brush your teeth gently to remove any foodstuff or debris. Do not irritate gums by brushing too hard. Now prepare the Duplex Mouth Tray by placing a small amount of 5-Minute Extra Gentle Gel in each of the upper and lower reservoirs. Now you are ready to start.
Uncap the 5-Minute Extra Gentle Accelerator Pen. To start the Accelerator liquid to flow (pad should be moist), press it against a clean surface such as a tissue. Apply the Accelerator by pressing and rubbing the pen against the surfaces of all the teeth to be whitened. Avoid closing your mouth, as this may remove Accelerator liquid from your teeth.
Quickly place the Duplex Tray, prepared with Gel as instructed above, into your mouth. Make sure that the indented (curved) section is placed on the upper teeth in a more comfortable fit. See illustration. The Gel combines and interacts with the Accelerator at the tooth surface to start the whitening action. Leave the Duplex Tray in your mouth for 5-10 minutes.
Remove the Duplex Tray. Brush your teeth gently with a toothbrush and water to remove any residual gel from the surfaces of the teeth. Now brush with Whitening Toothpaste.
Repeat procedure morning and night. Do not use more than 4 times daily. See Questions and Answers section of leaflet for more advice.
