I've been taking these vitamins twice a day faithfully for about 5 weeks while also using topical treatments. Unfortunately, I haven't seen any improvement in my skin. After getting the vitamins, I compared the ingredients to my daily multivitamin, and I was already getting all of the vitamins and minerals in my daily vitamin except for the amino acids. If you don't currently take a daily vitamin, this product may benefit you. However, if you already take a multivitamin, you are probably already getting everything these contain.

On the plus side, I didn't experience any negative side effects.

Not worth the money. It cauess bad stomach problems and it doesn't even work. Disappointed. I am just waiting to finish it up and then throw out the bottle and never return to this.

To the two who gave it negative reviews, it's obvious that all they did was take the pill and do nothing else like let's say use a facial cleanser. Granted, the pill may not work well alone but use it with a blemish facial clleanser and it works. Not to mention getting plenty of sleep, drinking water and watching what you eat. Like let's say if you eat nothing but junk and expect this pill to work a miracle, then you need to get your head check. Because it's not going to happen.

I have been taking Naturally Clear for close to two months and it seems to be working ! I take two capsules every morning and they do not disagree with me at all. I intend to keep taking it for rosacea related breakouts and look forward to continued improvement.

I've used this for about two years now and - although it alone doesn't completely clear me - it makes my skin so amazingly better. I have had moderate acne for almost 14 years. I've been out of it for a month and my skin looks so horrible... I definitely need to scrape some money together and get some more.. I hope they never stop making this!

I'm 37 yr male, who has had acne since I was 12. I've tried all kinds of over the counter products that dried out my skin and basically didnt work. I have taken actutane which did work but to many side effects. I bought a bottle thinking here I go again. I've been taking this for 3 weeks now and my face has cleared up and looks healthier. I'm on here now to order 2 more bottles for the next three months and I will be back to give my results. For now it works wonders. I take a pill in the morning and one at night and I use my proactive cleanser morning and night. I'm crossing my fingers and I'll be back in a cpl of months with my progress report.

I saw this product while searching for a vitamin for skin. After trying it I could literally see results within days. It has just enough Vitamin A and is easy to use. Along, with drinking water, this product will aid anyone wanting to improve their skin and appearance.

I am a 42 year old woman who has suffered from adult acne outbreaks for years. I have very oily skin. Washing religiously and using every cream or stringent I came across did little good for my problem. Rinsing my face a couple times a day with cool water was the only thing that seemed to make it a tiny bit better for some odd reason. Anyway, I tried this product for the first time this past summer and have been amazed at the results. I am ordering my third bottle today. If you decide to try this product start with taking two capsules daily until you see a lessening of the outbreaks and reduce your intake down to one capsule. Stop taking the product for a couple days when your face clears and only start up again when they start to return. That's how I have been doing it and I am very happy with the results and have experienced no adverse effects.
