I bought these pads because they are a "natural" product. At the time, I didn't realize that since they are disposable, that they truly aren't a green product. They are very bulky as well. I would recommend a re-usable nursing pad instead.
Comments about Nature babycare Eco-Nursing Pads, 30 ea:
These nursing pads do not contain any gels or crystals to keep you dry, and they do not have the plastic backing that all the others I have found have. I am concerned about mastitis, and believe that the plastic could lead to fungal growth. Although no plastic means no sticky backing, I do not have much trouble keeping these in place. They are very comfortable and absorbent. I also use the cotton washable kind, but these are more absorbent, and great for on the go.

Of course like most moms I'm trying to make greener choices and was delighted when I came across these nursing pads. The price is great and they are very soft against the skin...the only problem I have had is that they are not very good for night time use because they are so soft I would soak through them while sleep.

These nursing pads are soft and effective. I wish, however, that they had a little bit more of a contour - I can't where them with a thing bra and a thin shirt because they show right through.

Comments about Nature babycare Eco-Nursing Pads, 30 ea:
I've tried every disposable nursing pad out there and am a heavy leaker. These are the best I can find. I kept finding gel bits on my areola from other disposable pads and was worried my child was swallowing them. I also felt that the other pads left me with mild irritation. These pads do not cause irritation but do need to be changed every few feedings or so. They will leak if you leave them there after several letdowns but do hold up much better than the other "eco-friendly" options out there. Cloth pads are the best, but this is a great 2nd if you need to use them.
Comments about Nature babycare Eco-Nursing Pads, 30 ea:
Very soft and size is the same as johnsons pads but doesn't keep milk from leaking through to your bra/shirt. They hold a lot but it leaks straight through while I am nursing on the other side.Would be ok if you are a lite leaker during breastfeeding. I do love the fact that they are made from natural materials so I don't feel as guilty that i have to use twice as many of them.
Comments about Nature babycare Eco-Nursing Pads, 30 ea:
I liked these pads a lot, but they didn't stay put since they don't have any adhesive. They are the same size as the Johnson's pads. I also found that they were softer and had a more natural feel than any other disposable pad out there and felt good next to my skin. I appreciate being able to wear a nursing pad that is free of petrolium based plastic. I don't leak much often, and can get away with changing them once a day. I can deal with the no adhesive since pad with it still shift around, especially at night.

These pads are much smaller than the other brands I've used. I could get used to that, but they just don't absorb the milk! They end up getting very wet. I really wanted to like these because they are good for the planet, but they just don't work.
