The pill was easy for me to take and had a great smell and taste. I did not see any results. I have taken acai before and felt much more energized and my appetite was under control. I did not feel those results with this supplement. I took the entire bottle over several weeks.

Have not used it long enough to know how beneficial it could be to my well being. I wish it were either a gel cap or a soft gel. It would be easier to swallow if it wasn't a caplet.
