I take a Multi vitamin daily but I supplement that with extra Bs. I use a B complex in conjunction with a B12 for that extra bit of energy age seems to require. I have also found the this combination is great as a first defense against a headache. The B Complex and the B12 usually does the trick instead of aspirin. I have used Nature Made over the years and have found it to be a trust worthy brand.

I never skip my B-Complex vitamin because it helps everything from my energy level to my hair, skin, and nails (don't waste your money on the expensive Hair & Nail formulas!). B-Complex is all you need and Nature Made has made them very compact and so much smaller and easy to swallow now. These are about half the size of the average vitamin. The Vitamin C is just another benefit. Try these if you want to see fast results in the strength of your nails and your hair. Also, I recommend taking them in the morning with breakfast since B is energizing.
