I have a difficult time swallowing pills, plus this has a really terrible taste. I was so excited when I came across this gel style. It is so easy to swallow -- super tiny, slips right down and absolutely no taste. I hope to see more vitamins in this gel style, plus small in size. I would rather take 2 small pills, because I can't get the large ones down. VS Most Liked Negative Review So far, so good. Cons Best Uses Comments about Nature Made Biotin, 2500mcg, Liquid Softgels, 90 ea: I take this daily or every other day. I prefer liquid gel capsules as they are much easier on my stomach than regular tablets. I trust Nature Made's quality, and I also use their liquid gel caps for women's 50+ multivitamins. If someone has problems with taking vitamin tablets of any kind, try Nature Made's liquid gels. Service and delivery comments: Having had a "hit-or-miss" time of finding these capsules in my local area, it's nice to know that they are carried on this website. My delivery was simple, free, and quick. Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Was this review helpful? Yes / No - You may also flag this review 12/3/2011 Good product Pros

Comments about Nature Made Biotin, 2500mcg, Liquid Softgels, 90 ea: I started using this Biotin suppliment after almost of year of having weak and peeling nails when I've never had a problem with them before. They became overly soft and weak for no apparent reason and for months I had been trying different products with no results. I even ended up with a hole that peeled right through near my cuticle. I've read about Biotin suppliments and decided to finally try them. I did have a bit of stomach upset the first week of taking the suppliment as my body became used to it. Since then I've been fine. It's been about 3 months and my nails have finally grown out to the point all the "bad" nail is gone (including the "hole"). They are finally able to grow out past the tip, they are smoother and any ridges that I used to have are less noticable. They look healthier and not a bit of peeling in sight. I also noticed a patch of weird looking skin I had on my eyebrow for a while is now gone too! I can't tell if it has affected my hair at all since I have long hair and it'll be a while until there's a noticable amount of new growth. However, the results I had wanted when I originally purchased it has come to fruition. I will continue to use this product and am very happy with the results. I hope it works for you too!
