I have megablastic (pernicious) anemia, so I must take iron daily and B-12 injections monthly for life. Iron used to bother my stomach, but this one does not. I always take my iron at bedtime with toast or crackers. This is the best iron I've used and the least expensive overall and does not cause me constipation.

I was just told that I have severe aneima. My doctor recommended that I start to take iron supplements. I must have tried 6 different types before I started to use Nature Made. They are easy to swallow, leave no after taste, cause very little constipation and the price is perfect. Since I have to take mega dosages daily, this was an answer to my prayers. I highly recommend this product.

I have anemia and a doctor recommended this dosage. It was hard to find at various drugstores but when I started to use it --it worked right away. the only downside for me is constipation but that could also be attributed to the fact I need to clean my colon. This works!! I use this brand alot and really like Nature Made.

I have used this daily as suggested but once I felt better spaced it out to every other day to help with the constipation.

I found out I'm anemic and my dr. told me to take an Iron supplement. I had read not all supplements are equal, and I wanted to get one with good quality. After taking it for about a week I noticed a change in my energy level. I'm not as tired as often. I would recommend trying this brand.

I take iron supplements for anemia. Previous pills were big red ones that stained anything they touched. These are small white pills in a bottle, not a blister pack. How refreshing. I take one a day and have lots of energy now.
