I started taking the pills about a month ago for anemia. I will be seeing my doctor next week. Hopefully my blood will come back better!

I take these once a day WITH a meal. I was reading another review and saw they mentioned how it can be upsetting to the stomach. This is true if you take it on an empty stomach, but lucky for us, the directions say otherwise. I usually take it together with my Sundown Triple Omega 3-6-9 softgels and I feel great. I started on the vitamins like 2 years ago and haven't gotten sick since. Also, recently went to the doctor and said my health is in perfect condition and gave me props for taking multivitamins.

I know this is effective because I had blood work done and all my levels were tested and were good (ex. my vitamin D levels were in the normal range and i don't even get out in the sun!) Note: Take with food or can cause an upset stomach. Pill can be broken in half to spread out dose if you'd like.

I bought this by mistake, I wanted Nature Made Liquid Softgel Multi. whereas this is just a normal pill that I find rough and uncomfortable to swallow. The first time I took this, along with my kids (9 and 11 years old), in the morning without a meal, they both threw up within 3 minutes. I could not believe it. We were standing in the driveway about to get into the car and they are both throwing up. Nature Made has a version in a Softgel, for Him and for Her with Iron (for menstrual). I am ordering Nature Made Liquid Softgel Multi because it is much easier to swallow and better on the stomach.

These are a good price per tablet compared to other Nature Made bottles.
