I began taking a daily multivitamin mid-winter (and tried several brands) but didn't notice much of a difference. After getting sick in October of this year, I decided to switch brands again. I am on a budget, and this one was very inexpensive but also highly rated. I have not been sick since starting them (despite being around plenty of sick people), which is a huge improvement in my quality of life! They are not mega-vitamins, which I like, and do not upset my stomach like other multivitamins. I also don't smell it in my urine (a first) so I believe their claim that they are formulated for easy absorption. I have bought this brand for 3 family members to try because I like it so much! I decided to buy it and it was pretty big to me. I break the pill in half and I still have trouble swallowing it. Every time I swallow it, it feels like it is stuck in my throat and even though I drink a lot of water, it still feels uncomfortable. Plus, I feel like burping after that and somehow I can't. I really wish it could have been smaller, but it's hard. The ingredients in these pills seem great though. Wish it smelled better, too. It's a waste of my money because I don't want to take the risk of me choking on the pill so I am quitting. I have constipation problem sometimes, but after i take these magic tablets, everything just go back to normal and i go to bathroom everyday. im so excited about this result, its the best multi i ever take! Comments about Nature Made Multi For Her, Complete Multi Vitamin/Mineral, Tablets, 90 ea: I never had a problem taking vitamins, and decided to switch from the [...] one-a-days to something more high-quality and/or potent. They were highly recommended, and I liked that it had a decent amount of folic acid and other things; as we aren't trying to get pregnant, but... just in case. :) I didn't want to spend $ on prenatals if my body didn't need them. I noticed if I took them on an empty stomach, as I would do with my Wal-mart generics, I would get sick, run to the bathroom, and throw up. (I also waited awhile to write this review so I could determine what was making me nauseous. It's the vitamin.) I'm smaller than most women, so that could have something to do with it. I just didn't expect it the high potency to have such an effect on me. Bottom line, follow directions, even if you think you don't need to!
