I take this vitamin during my lunch hour everyday. It is best to take the vitamin and supplement the same time every day for effectiveness. I wish the gel pill was smaller but because it is gel it is easy to swallow.

I feel scared to swallow the whole thing...so I just chew it and swallow the liquid portion and throw up the softgel coat... I don't know whether it is the correct way...

This is my fourth bottle. Normally I get the ones for over fifty but these are fine.It's easier if you put water in your mouth first, then the pill. I was feeling sluggish without them.

I REALLY dislike taking vitamins. In the past, I haven't taken any because of the hard, chalky horse-pills that were all that were available. They would make me gag and choke, with a feeling of a phantom pill in my throat after swallowing and eating something to shove it down.

These liquid softgels have changed all that. After a high cholesterol diagnosis, I knew it was time to change some habits. Finding the softegels in the women's multivitamin plus many other supplements by NatureMade, I was able to get on a regimen in which I take several pills, at least twice a day. Without the softgels, it just wouldn't have been possible of me to improve my health this way.

as afar as multi vitamines go, I like this one, it's fairly big, but the coating makes it super easy t swallow

I am petite and most multi-vitamins I've tried over the years have given me headaches, nausea, and upset stomach and bright yellow urine. That's why I haven't been very committed to taking them until now.

The best thing that I've noticed about taking these is that I don't have the bright yellow urine from the inabsorption of supposedly the b-vitamins. This product says "formulated for easy absorption" and there isn't too much vitamin concentration that as a woman, with a petite body I can't absorb. So, I'm not wasting vitamins or over-taking vitamins. I feel like I'm getting just the right amount to feel alert and healthy.

I love the Softgel. I had these before and I am ordering more.

I got these Sofgels before at the store and I was looking to order some online. By mistake I bought the regular (non-Softgel), and I found them rough and uncomfortable to swallow. The first time I took the non-softgels, along with my kids (9 and 11 years old), in the morning without a meal, they both threw up within 3 minutes. I could not believe it. We were standing in the driveway about to get into the car and they are both throwing up. No more regular pills. Henceforth I will only buy softgels.

Nature Made has a version of this Softgel, for Him and for Her with Iron (for menstrual). I recommend these Nature Made Liquid Softgel Multi because they are so much easier to swallow.

I used to take this same multi vit in tablet form, but it left a bad after taste, and I'm soooooo glad that they have a soft gel form! I take this every day with breakfast. It's super easy to swallow even though it looks huge!
