It is easy to take and softgel absorbs better than the pill version. It also has the right amount of most of the various vitamins, plus iron important to all pre-menopausal women. There isn't enough Vit E, calcium, magnesium, or zinc. If you want a 100% daily value of all important vitamins, take this plus additional 400 units of Vitamin E in its natural form (look for 'd-alpha' instead of 'dl-alpha' under ingredients) and an additional 1000 mg of calcium (not all at once! and always combined with orange juice or vit D or magnesium to avoid constipation). You may also take additional 2500units of Vit A if you're pre-menstrual, to make it 5000 units daily. VS Most Liked Negative Review Larger than expected ! There is no way that I can swallow the pill.
