I like this multivitamin a lot. It has pretty much everything you need in a daily multi. Plus, I really like that it has Vitamin D 1000 IU per tablet. Lastly, its not that expensive. Easy decision for a Men's multivitamin.

These seem to be as advertised, but I can't tell. I take 1 of these daily with 4 other pills and I swallow all at one time with no problems...(I'm 66 and I hate to take pills/meds, this is a big pill but no bigger than other multi-vitamins m'wife trys to give me.... Did I tell you I hate meds/pills? ) I'll buy these again unless I find the same Vits in a smaller size pill...and I'd recommend to friends.

Large pills that are sometimes hard to swallow, but have a good amount of vitamins and minerals for the price. Very economical. I really like that the Vitamin D is 100% of RDA with only one pill, as many other brands have a serving size of 2 or even 3 pills! Also (this maybe psychosomatic expectations) I feel that taken daily, these vitamins give me more energy... hard to describe, but I feel a subtle underlying gusto; waking up with a ready-to-go attitude, instead of lethargy.

Too large to swallow so i just snap the pill in half along the ridge and swallow each piece separately. I purchased this Multivitamin because its free of Gluten, yeast, starch, ..etc. I also noticed that it contains both iodine and molybdenum which were missing from the my previous "blue-boxed" Multivitamin. This should have been a great thing but the iodine caused me to breakout. My mood seems to have been effected by this as i became depressed and irritable following regular consumption of this Multivitamin. If your diet is already or possibly rich in iodine i would not recommend this multivitamin.

this vitamin is easy to swallow and has good amounts of vitamins and nutrients. i particularly like the high level of vitamin D, lower (compared to many multi's) level of vitamin A (and high percentage of which is beta carotene) and absence of iron. Some nutrient levels could probably be decreased (like copper), but all in all a well rounded vitamin.

This is a great multi-vitamin. You don't need nor should you use high potency vitamins. This nature made "multi for him" which simply means no iron, is easy to digest and easily processed.
