Buy these for my husband. He has trouble swallowing regular large pills. These gel caps are wonderful. He has no trouble swallowing them. He says they make him feel really good. Great product.

I had just about given up taking multivitamins because of the burning in my stomach. I started taking these a few months ago and I've never had a single problem, even when taking them on an empty stomach.

I love the Softgel. I had these before and I am ordering more.

I got these Sofgels before at the store and I was looking to order some online. By mistake I bought the regular (non-Softgel), and I found them rough and uncomfortable to swallow. The first time I took the non-softgels, along with my kids (9 and 11 years old), in the morning without a meal, they both threw up within 3 minutes. I could not believe it. We were standing in the driveway about to get into the car and they are both throwing up. No more regular pills. Henceforth I will only buy softgels.

Nature Made has a version of this Softgel, for Him and for Her with Iron (for menstrual). I recommend these Nature Made Liquid Softgel Multi because they are so much easier to swallow.

The liquid softgel is much easier on my stomach. Many other multi's make for an upset stomach if not taken with food. I can take this one anytime without any issues.
