My son has MSPI. (Milk & Soy Protein Intolerance) These are some of the few prenatal/lactating vitiamins that I was able to find that contain no trace of soy. Most have soy lechithin, an emulsifier, that doesn't necessarily contain the soy protein that MSPI babies have a problem with IF the manufacturing process is done very carefully. After having symptoms that included blood in his diaper, I decided not to take a chance and have eliminated all traces of milk or soy from my diet. These are great but do have a bit of that "vitamin-y" taste that I wouldn't have liked while pregnant but doesn't bother me now.

This prenatal vitamins did not make me sick. I already finish the whole bottle and didn't cause nausea. However, it doesn't contain enough vitamins for pregnancy. Google what pregnant women need to have daily, you will find some other vitamins and mineral that you need to take besides those on the label. Compare with other brands before you make decision. Surely there is nothing bad about it. Just need to eat more food that has vitamin sources which sometimes it's not practical.

Comments about Nature Made Multi Prenatal, Tablets, 90 ea:

I was told I needed a prenatal vitamin after losing a part of my stomach, and now I can only take in so much food at a time. Therefore, a regular vitamin doesn't provide enough of the vitamins that I need. So instead of paying for pricey behind the counter vitamins, I searched the internet and my pharmacist and this brand was highly recommended. The price is good [...]Definitely recommend this product.

Comments about Nature Made Multi Prenatal, Tablets, 90 ea:

It's a good prenatal vitamin for the price. I am a nursing mother so I've continued to take the vitamin for that purpose. I found it's a little low in calcium (only 19% of recommended daily value) but I think that Viactiv Chocolate Chews are yummy, so I don't mind supplementing the vitamin with one of those every day. The pills are pretty average in size and although they are not coated, I have no problem taking them (I have no problems taking most pills). I will most likely buy again, because what they don't provide, I am getting from food anyways.

Other pre-natal vitamins I've tried cause "iron-burps" and these are the only ones that haven't. They are a good size - not too big, and barely any taste.

Bought these because I'm anemic and my doctor recommended prenatal vitamins (they have a good mix of things you need). They have been easy on my often-irritated stomach and I've been feeling less tired, so they must be working!

Comments about Nature Made Multi Prenatal, Tablets, 90 ea:

I was experiencing serious nausea and vomiting early on in my pregnancy. When I switched to these prenatal vitamins, I stopped vomiting. I really think that my previous vitamins, which were big, smelly, and tasted "vitamin-y" were the culprit. I still have nausea all the time, which is to be expected in the first trimester, but my stomach can keep down these pills. No strange taste, very little vitamin smell, and they are not really large pills. I'd recommend them.

Comments about Nature Made Multi Prenatal, Tablets, 90 ea:

I am not pregnant yet, but starting to try. This pill was easy to swallow and did not leave any funny tastes in my mouth or cause any unpleasant vitamin-flavored burps afterwards. I have taken on an empty stomach from time to time and didn't have any nausea or vomiting. When I get pregnant I will either stick with this pill, or switch to Perfect Prenatal from New Chapter.
