The word mini is misleading. Have been looking for a vitamin the size of the Mega Red (omega-3). Have fibromyalgia which makes it extremely to swallow large pills. This one is large. No wonder women have trouble finding medicine they can swallow. Could not get the first two down, so have the thrown the rest away. Even my husband is able to take handfuls of pill at a time couldn't get it down his throat. So, if you take pills one at a time, this is not the product for you.

Was expecting a very "mini" but it is not a small pill at all...just smaller than the regular pill. It is, however, easy to take. Really like it and recommend it.
