I hate taking Vitamins. Dr. Weil recommends this one daily. But I'm not that ritualistic. I wish it were easier to swallow. I don't know if it works but I can walk 3 miles in under sixty minutes two days a week and 2 miles in under forty minutes another two days. That's fine with me. I gave it 5 stars because NatureMade is the ONLY vitamin I can take without getting sick. Wish they'd make adult vitamins in a raspberry syrup formula.
