This product seems to have the correct EPA to DHA ratio that should be used to minimize the symptoms of ADHD. I use this for my son and it seems to enhance his regular medication by reducing stress levels. He's more calm and is able to focus better in school. I use only one instead of two daily and he swallows it without difficulty.

This product is counter productive. It has 25mg of Cholesterol and 2mg of polyunsaturated fat. I take one that has NO Cholesterol and no polyunsaturated fat. Not sold here. Just because it says Omega 3 doesn't mean it healthy. You need to buy one that also has no PCBs ,pesticides, and heavy metals. You pay more but you don't want to take something that's going to hurt you while trying to get the Omega 3.

This fish oil product is the best I've used so far for mood and overall cardiovascular health. Nature Made seems to have good quality control since each capsule is consistent from bottle to bottle as well. I hIghly recommend this omega-3 supplement!

This is one of the few products that provides the minimum 1000mg of Omega3 (1200mg in fact). While it is good that they do this it would be nice if they could put it all into one pill instead of having you take two pills a day.
