Most Liked Positive Review Nothin' but D Very small vitamin is easy to take. I use it to supplement my diet which does not include milk, eggs, or meat. And since I don't eat those things, getting them even in small doses causes intestinal problems. So that's why I read the ingredients label carefully to ensure there is no added lactose or other stomach irritants. This one is free and clear off all that. I will be buying this one again. VS Most Liked Negative Review The size of these pills ... The size of these pills is deceptive. They don't look large, but they are chunky and very difficult to swallow. I'm able to swallow several vitamins/supplements at a time, but have trouble swallowing one of these. They need to be a different shape or at least coated. The size of these pills is deceptive.
