Works great. My only concern was when it was delivered during this hot weather, some of the softgels were stuck together. I keep the bottle in a cool area.

After I was diagnosed with extremely low levels of Vitamin D, my doctor recommended supplements. 4000 IU's daily. He says that this specific brand is superior to others out in the marketplace. Since going on this amount my Vitamin D levels have return to acceptable levels and have been there for 6 months. If you haven't had your blood work tested for Vitamin D levels, you might want to ask your doctor about it.

Had to up my D intake and this product make it easier to do just that. Easy to swallow, perfect size too. Wish all medication was this small and liquid formate. Been making sure that my additional supplements are in the same form. So much quicker for the body to absorb and get greater benefit of the them.

Tried multiple types and brands of Vit D3, this is by far the easiest one to take. I take it once a day.
