Vitamin C and E are powerful anti oxidants that fight aging. Used as a skin moisturizer, they are an excellent wrinkle prevention regimen. 1000 IU soft gels are excellent skin moisturizer, you break the capsule and apply the gel to you skin at night, either after applying vitamin C moisturizer or by mixing the vitamin E gel with the vitamin C moisturizer. But beware of the brands that contain soybean oil because it is a very common allergen that causes many people to have skin rashed and redness. Nature Made is the only brand I have found so far that doesn't contain soybean oil hence the only one I can use. I am not allergic to anything else so it was a big surprise for me to end up with a rash when I used another brand, but I then found out that allergy to soybean oil when applied topically is extremely common. I am very grateful that Nature Made doesn't use soybean oil in this product.
