I use this every day while overseas. I am convinced that it prevented me from experiencing digestive problems while living in Central Asia and travelling the region. My colleagues were plagued by GI distress, but I was fine to eat where and when I wanted. I started my daily regimen about two weeks before wheels up. Back at home I use these about every other day, too. I seem to have fewer colds etc. But there is no doubt in my mind that my GI tract benefits from these.

taken with florastor, it rounds out the intestines flora and fauna, the good stuff. Highly recomended and no noticeable side effects.

I am very pleased with this product. I've had a problem with my daughter scratching her stomach because she had so much bacteria that caused her alot of pain(she's 8). Her stomach is alot better now! I've tried other pro-biotics,this one is the best!
