Comments about Nature's Answer Activated Charcoal, 90 vegetarian capsules:
I am lactose tolerant and become gassy after eating or drinking dairy products. I also have difficulty digesting broccoli, cauliflower, beans, etc (too many to list and sometimes no idea what caused the gassiness). I have yet to find found one product that seems to work the magic I need to prevent the embarassment that goes with being gassy (especially around people). I can't say for sure which of the three products I'm taking works the best as I rely on all three to do their part in minimzing the gassiness. I'm able to minimize (or control) 90% of the gassiness by taking a combination of these three products. Unfortunately, one does not seem to do the trick but I will continue to try different combinations and will write another review if I find a product(s) that works 100% of the time for anything I eat or drink.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
