Comments about Nature's Answer Milk Thistle Seed, Alcohol-Free Extract, 1 fl oz: I have a genetic heart condition for which I take daily medicine. Though it is a very small amount I know it is not natural for the liver to deal with this daily so I want to do what I can to give natural support to my liver for all it must do. My routine: I keep the bottle and a little shot glass near the fridge; when it's time to take a dose, drop the supplement in the glass, top off with water, drink, rinse glass and set it out ready for next serving. No side effects for me. Sometimes I take with natural juice. Shot glass size dilutes the very mild taste just fine. Was this review helpful? Comments about Nature's Answer Milk Thistle Seed, Alcohol-Free Extract, 1 fl oz: From spine injury I was on pain meds for over a year prior to surgery. I wanted to treat my liver well after the abuse it endured on medications. I did my research and read of the possbile benifits of milk thistle. I have given it a try and have returned for another bottle. Whether it's a big help or only a little, I can't prove with personal testing but over the weeks how I felt and my rebound time improved with no negative side effects. Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend (1 of 1 customers found this review helpful) Was this review helpful? Comments about Nature's Answer Milk Thistle Seed, Alcohol-Free Extract, 1 fl oz: Much easier to add to my dogs' food than the caps they can dig out and avoid. However, the directions on the label require a microscope to read! If they made them any smaller they'd just be dots! Holy cow! Why not include an insert with readable print for the directions? I have no idea if I'm giving the correct dosage. Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend (1 of 1 customers found this review helpful) Was this review helpful?
