I love cinnamon mouthwashes and pastes. Toms had a good one but discontinued making it. This a great taste if you like cinnamon. It has good ingredients although not sure how much of each one and if they are really as effective in the wash. It does not have alcohol and this is a plus. I like to gargle with it especialy if my throat is dry or irritated. It helps.
After brushing, rinse and swish vigorously twice a day with 2 capfuls for 30-60 seconds. PerioWash® can also be used as a gargle. For best results do not eat or drink for 10 minutes after use. Shake well before use.
