I found the negative review very interesting. The consistency is not as watery as some baby shampoos, but I wouldn't call it gel-like. We've never had any problem squeezing it out of the bottle. If it's getting low, just add a small amount of water to the bottle and give it a shake before pouring. It has a pleasant smell, makes enough suds to know you're getting the job done, and is very gentle on my 2 year old's severe eczema. (And as another reviewer pointed out, the ingredients that make heavy suds in most bath products are anything but natural!)
It is a rather pricy product, but when you're looking for an all-natural product that works well on sensitive skin...well...it's probably going to come with a price tag! I'd recommend giving it a try!

Strongly disagree with negative review -- we have been using this product with my now 15-month old daughter since she was a few weeks old, and still love it! Gentle on her skin & hair and smells great, but not too strong. It won't sudse up as much as a Johnson's Baby Shampoo commercial, but next time you use a product that does, read the ingredient label...

I was very excited to find a product that was all natural. I researched many online and decided to purchase this one because of the reviews. Well, I was a little disappointed as I started to use it. The smell is ok. It reminds me of baby asprin. The bottle design is horrible. It has a pop up cap and the bottle is made of such a hard plastic that it's incredibly hard to squeeze with one or even two hands. A pump bottle would've been more effective. However, the consistancy of the shampoo is almost gel like. So, I don't know if it would work with a pump. It doesn't make a whole lot of suds either, so if you're used to lathering up your little peanut, you will be disappointed. Also, it's a little expensive for the amount you get. I'm going to look at other all natural shampoos and lotions.
