A simple liquid. I don't care about taste because I am not going to nurse it but drink it.
You can make it into a shake for those who do want a shake. I'm not a body builder but I do work out daily for weight loss. I want to build muscle and I need to supplement my protein.
Zero carb Isopure is the best, most affordable and effective method I have found.

By the time I opened and figured it out it was already too late to return. I also see other people complaining about the taste. I think they might have also received the bad ones. The regular ones in the Vanilla flavor tastes really great.

This protein dissolves effortlessly in water. It's almost entirely pure. Pure protein has 4 calories per gram, and 25 grams of protein from Isopure only has 105 calories. I compare the taste to coconut water, but it also tastes great in milk. Some people complain that this protein isn't delicious enough, but those people can just eat a candy bar afterwards. I'll take my supplements this way. It's my new favorite.

I prefer a more balanced protein supplement. Yes it is labeled as having 0 carbs, so in order to get the most out of the high quality protein in this product you must take it with or in addition to something that has carbs and fat.

I use the product to help maintain weight, as a meal or snack replacement. I like the taste, easy to use. This was suggested to me by a nutritionist for weight gain. Using it does seem to give me more energy.

A friend recommended this product, and he was absolutely right about it! It mixes easily in my shaker and blends well in hot cereal. I'm required to have 3 protein replacement shakes per day, and this product is making it easy to meet that requirement.

The price seems to have gone up at Drugstore.com for this protein recently. Up to this point, this has been an excellent tasting, mixing and easily absorbed protein at a price that can't be beaten anywhere.
For a rich, thick shake, mix 2 scoopfuls (65g) with 12 fluid ounces of water in a shaker or blender. If a shaker or a blender is not convenient, Isopure can be stirred into solution with a spoon. Note: finished product will not appear completely clear due to addition of vitamins, minerals, and flavor.
