I took one chewable twice today instead of the recommended three times and am glad I only took two because by the end of the day I really had to go (you know what I mean!). That was good, though, because it showed me that this really is helping me digest my food better. Also, it tastes really fantastic and I don't like the way most things (food, drinks, medicines) taste at all. I highly recommend buying this supplement, just ease into it by taking 1 per day and eventually work up to 3 per day or else you'll be running to the bathroom! The medications I was prescribed for the thrush would eliminate it, but only for a limited time. Since I began using this product, (approximately 1 yr ago) I have not had any recurrences of thrush. Sometimes I crush more than one if the antibiotic tastes particularly horrible. The kitties seem to like it and it definitely helps avoid many of the intestinal issues especially with long term antibiotic use. Pros
