I've always suffer from insomia until I tried these b12 microlozenges. I've tried all kinds of natural holistic sleep aids but nothing seems to give me the sound sleep like these. I know these are not sleep aid but somehow they seem to help with my sleeping. I've been taking these for the past 3 months and I've begun to sleep so much better. I'm not saying they are magic pills but compare to the way I used to sleep...I am thankful I get some sleep now. Just keep in mind it happens gradually and naturally.
my 96 year old aunt is very anemic and does not like to take pills. but she loves the cherry flavor of these pills and said she can take up to 5 a day. I have precnious anemia and take them my self and they were recommended by my Dr.
I used the product everyday, and got a lot of energy a couple hours later! ...It's great!!! But my knees have both been sore... I'm fairly sure it's the mega-doses of B12. So, I've cut back to once a week of the B12, to treat my anemia. They should make this item in smaller doses!
