If you have trouble swallowing pills or just want a change, this is the product for you. Very easy to use. You are also more likely to keep using it long term due to it's ease of use. I didn't give it 5 stars because I can't physically tell any difference in my body, but then again, that's the case with most vitamins.

This liquid I simply hold under my tongue for a minute cured my dry, irritated, blood-shot eyes with the feeling of sand on the upper lids and extreme sensitivity to light. I had these symptoms for YEARS, and they stopped after a few daily doses of this SUBLINGUAL. I can't predict what would happen for others, but this was my life-saver. No doctor, even a high-dollar eye specialist, could figure out my problem or a solution. In fact, I was given some very irritating eye ointments & drops. I read up on eye nutrition myself and tried B-complex pills and liquids, but apparently some of us cannot get the B vitamins from food or supplements that pass through the digestive system. I was told to take B complex shots after my gastric bi-pass many years ago. Ten years ago I ws told I had Muliple Sclerosis and I started taking shots for it, I was tired of shots so stopped the B injections.. With the MS I am very tired with NO engery. My dr. told me about the B liquid and I have been using it for about 2 months, my engery is slowing coming back and I feel so much better. I take it 4 times aday, even my dr. uses it.

I use this with a child who can't swallow pills. I mix it with juice- no unpleasant strong taste like b vitamin pills.

B-12 is so important following gastric bypass surgery and can only be taken sublingually (or by injection) so this is perfect. My surgeon was thrilled by my energy level and overall good health. There's no taste while you hold it under your tongue and if you wash it down with some Crystal Light, you won't notice any taste at all. If you've had or are contemplating gastric bypass surgery, this is a must.

I am retired, but no longer tired. Boy was I having a time with my memory for the last 10 yrs, since menopause. They say it's the first thing to go. Years ago, I first found the tiny tabs at Trader Joes, but admit I wasn't faithful and didn't notice any difference. Then one year ago I saw this exact product at retail drug store and thought it worth a try since it is a Complex and not just B12.
I am so glad I did, because now my short term memory has improved 1000%, and I am no longer dragging in the afternoon! I keep it on the shelf next to my computer, so it's easy to see n grab on a daily basis. Taking it in the middle of the day is good for me rather than at night. I am glad to find it here, helps me stay out of the store and not spend more $ than necessary.

Save yourself. It is impossible to deal with this taste for me. It tastes worse than cherry cough or cold medicine. I can't bear to use it everyday because of the taste! ICK!

Before taking the sublingual B I was always exhausted, literally dragging myself through every day but now I fell much better, more energy. I am not a hyper person but this helps me feel like I can cope with my day better without being exhausted. I recommend the product highly to be taken once a day or however suits your needs.

My husband has trouble swallowing pills; so, any nutraceutical I can find that can be taken sublingually or in liquid form is a treasure! Every morning I come to him with a squirter full of B-Complex and say, "Open up, Honey; here's your "Orange Juice!" I've been using Nature's Bounty B-Complex for years because it REALLY works, is a great quality product and is less expensive--what more could anyone want? PS--I give it to all the adults in my family as a stocking stuffer at Christmas or just as a little Health Gift for fun.
