This supplement has proven to be very effective not only because it has Folic Acid and vitamin c but also becuase it has biotin a great supplement to make your hair, nails grow stronger and healthier. Unlike "B-50" or "B-100" formulas, this product gives a more reasonable dosage of each vitamin, and more proportionate to the body's needs. The time-release factor is excellent, since Vitamin C and B-complex vitamins are water-soluble, and any excess that's absorbed will be speedily excreted. With the time-release feature, half the dosage is saved for later. My (grown) children and I have all found that it relieves allergy symptoms such as itchy eyes and sneezing, with no apparent side effects. We like it better than antihistamines.

These vitamins work very well, but tend to upset my stomach. Based on the RDA information on the back, I have been using a pill splitter, and take half of one pill each morning. This works very well, without upsetting my stomach.

I was a little thrown off cause the pill on the bottle isn't what the pills in the bottle look like. But I have mild vitiligo and they're recommended, so I'm giving it a shot. I'm 21, so I don't eat as well as I should so I'm glad i'm taking a vitamin to make up for what I don't like to eat.

My trainer recommended a B-complex to add to my daily routine. I then talked with my pharmacist and he recommended this product. My trainer was pleased with the choice. He and I think this is a great product for getting your vitamin B.

Seems to be effective...though they are rather smelly. I suppose it's just the nature of the vitamins. Also, take with a meal, or they may make you a bit ill.
