Due to a hormonal imbalance, I began losing my hair 7 months ago. I am only 36 and in otherwise good health so this is very unsettling. I tried another brand's hair/skin/nails formula for three months with no results (and I had to take 3 giant pills a day), but have taken this for about 2 months (along with a general multivitamin) and I have seen a reduction in hair loss. I still lose hair when I brush, but it's closer to a normal amount. The pills are tiny and really easy to swallow; no side effects or upset stomach, even when taken without food.

Biotin does works my nails grow faster then they ever have but I have to stop taking them or get a lower dosage because I get lightheaded when I take it now and it last for hours. I used two bottles prior to the one I have now with no problems and no side effects. I've even taken it twice a day with no issues. I also take multi vitamins and a omega 3-6-9 supplement so when I started getting lightheaded I stopped taking everything except my multi and no lightheadedness for a week then added in the biotin and within the half hour I was lightheaded. I stopped using it for a two weeks and tried again with just biotin nothing else because I didn't wanna give up on biotin and within 30min I was so light headed. I gave 3 stars cause it works but this dosage is not for me anymore.

Great sale - buy two get one free - so I bought two and thats what they sent me. Oh- I have to buy three??? Oh well. I was in the hospital for a long time and therefore bruise and tear easily. Biotin helps the bruises clear in 1/2 the time. Ive switched from aspirin to Krill oil and bruises are subsiding.

My nails are in the worst shape ever! They are peeling and cracking like never before- and no- I don't bite them. I thought if I kept coating them with a nail hardener it would help- but it just didn't do enough so I thought I would give these a try. It's been over 2 weeks- I know things aren't instant- but I have seen no change of any kind. I have no idea if it's doing anything at all. My hair seems to be growing faster- but I didn't have a problem with that. This really has done nothing to help with my nails. Back to the drawing board!

I have very thin, fine hair. My hair is now long and I have begun to notice loose strands on everything. Sometimes I find a handful. I started taking 1 pill daily after dinner for the past 3 weeks and have already noticed significantly less hair loss. My nails have also appeared to grow faster than before.

I take one pill a day and my hair is definitely stronger. It doesn't make your hair thicker, but makes it stronger and it tends to grow faster. Now that my hairdresser informed me about this product, I will use it til the day I die. I decided after 30 years, after super short professional hair, to grow my hair long and this product does the trick !!
