I like how you only have to take 1 tablet a day and they are a relatively small size. This supplement does help nuetralize body odor, which is the primary reason I take it. Also for focus and to keep from getting sick. However, there is no coating on the tablet, so the second I put it in my mouth to swallow it, it starts to dissolve in my mouth. First, the taste is horrible and second it leaves a white film on my tongue which isn't pleasant either. I take Nature's Bounty's calcium tablets but they have the coating so there is no issue. I really wish they would do the same for their zinc! Also, it feels rough against the back of my throat as I am swallowing it. Would be great otherwise!
I am a big believer in supplements and have needed them due to a chronic illness and digestive problem. I am very careful about the ingredients and check all my supplements with Consumer's Lab (a site that independently tests for quality). This was one of the well-recommended products from that site and I have used it for quite some time now. Of course, there is never any telling if a supplement is truly working for you, except that you notice that you don't feel as "well" when you don't take it. That has been the case for me, so I feel that it does its job, mainly promoting a general sense of wellness and helping protect me from colds, etc., along with a good dose of Vitamin C.
