I'm finding that this product is reducing belly fat, but not my weight. That's fine with me, and seems to align with what you read about CLA from sources that aren't trying to sell it.
I was hoping for a "miracle" as all of the above products were mentioned on the 'Dr Oz' show. I was elated to see that I could buy them on the website and have the convenience of them delivered to my doorstep without having to go to a health food store. I find them to be mildly effective.
