I get very suspicious of reviews on the internet lately but I promise mine is legit. I don't buy many pills or supplements because for the past few years it has been virtually impossible to lose weight! I am too scared to take pills that give you jitters--afraid of what it could do to my heart. I'm relatively healthy and eat pretty well. I am at an average weight now (5 foot 3, 130 pounds) but I really wanted to drop 10-15 pounds to feel/look more toned. I've tried everything. I tried low carb, low fat/calorie, almost starving, cardio 4x week...nothing worked. This was my last attempt before I headed back to the doctor for blood work (already checked my thyroid) and IT WORKS!!! My stomach is finally returning to the flat stomach it was three years ago and my arms look leaner again. Try this with a low calorie diet! I did and I'm buying another bottle now. (note- I still have a dr's appointment because I do think it's important to find out why I can't lose a single pound, but this has been a huge help. I still recommend getting checked out at the doctor). I noticed results by the end of the first week and I took three pills per day. I may increase it to 4, as the directions state, but am afraid of plateauing- but 3 per day works fine. I'm afraid of large pills but these go down fine.

This is not a miracle supplement and you won't be amazed by a dramatic or fast results but, with continuous use, I have noticed a reduction in my belly fat. I agree with a previous reviewer in that, while I am also losing weight, I would not attribute weight loss to this pill but certainly reduction in inches.

I have not experienced any ill effects from taking this supplement and except for its large size it is just simply an addition to my supplements.

i guess this works so so. But since it's not to effective for me & too big of a pill to take, I don't think it's right for me.

I'm finding that this product is reducing belly fat, but not my weight. That's fine with me, and seems to align with what you read about CLA from sources that aren't trying to sell it.

I was hoping for a "miracle" as all of the above products were mentioned on the 'Dr Oz' show. I was elated to see that I could buy them on the website and have the convenience of them delivered to my doorstep without having to go to a health food store. I find them to be mildly effective. Will continue to work with them to help with my weight control.

I take one soft gel in the evening, and I feel it is a benefit to me. I try to concentrate on living a healthy lifestyle, so I include this in my supplement regimen.

Take one with breakfast and dinner everyday for at least 2 months to see results. Have used for 3 years.
