I experienced hair growth where my hair had began thinning, along with thicker hair overall. When I stopped using it, eventually my hair became thinner again. I'm willing to try this. The con is that others were right, it is hard to swallow. I cut in half as suggested, but leaves jagged ends that don't feel good in the throat. I then crushed the other half and that was better. Messy, but I will continue to crush just to see if this product is good.
