I have ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS suffered from irregularity... Bowel movements were a twice a week thing for me if I was lucky. I know this is something most people don't like to talk about - me neither... I have tried just about EVERYTHING, from powders to herbs to over the counter meds - almost everything I've tried has given me gas and/or severe stomach cramping and an urgent need to GO! This isn't exactly convenient for a professional... Nature's Bounty is SO gentle and just feels NATURAL. BUT - you HAVE to take it as instructed in order for it to do its thing. So far it is THE BEST product I've used for maintaining regularity that feels NORMAL.

When I first started using Colon Cleanser, I took only 4 capsules to start and had moderate success. Within a couple of weeks, I started taking the full recommended dosage of 6 capsules, and have enjoyed the success! It is excellent and really works with no problems at all, It really does help with attitude and overall health, and helps with keeping weight off, too!
