My doctor told be to take calcium + D + magnesium to keep my osteoporosis under control and possibly reverse some of the problems I have. Most calcium tablets are "horse pills" and I have to cut them in half and with the rough edges they are hard to take. I love this product as it is in capsule form and very easy to swallow.

I love these. They are fairly inexpensive and are easy to take. I was told by my vocal coach to take coral calcium due to the fact that he has done research and found that coral calcium keeps one healthier, therefore you are sick less. So, as a singer, I'll have to miss less shows due to sore throats, etc. So far, it's worked, and I'm crossing my fingers, as I haven't been sick in 4 1/2 months, a record for me.

Read the label, 100% recommended vitamin D, 37% calcium, 14% magnesium, 8% vitamin C. I wanted a vitamin D pill and found these, which has the other ingredients, which I consider a bonus. I have no idea if it is working, but I don't see any harm in taking these. The gel capsules and easy to take and have no unpleasant taste.
