I am an extremely fair-skinned blonde with blue eyes, and my doctor told me that, because I avoid the sun, I need to take supplemental vitamin D. I cannot take multi-vitamin/mineral pills because they break me out. I was very glad to find D alone on drugstore.com. Within a week, my skin looked brighter, I had more mental focus and now my hair is growing like a weed. It may be a coincidence that all that is occuring, but I'm happy with this product.
