This works great. Have used for over a year and my blood sugar is now normal and A1C is in the 5s. The only downside is it can cause heartburn so take early in the day.

I don't have diabetes (yet?) but my mother had gestational diabetes during one of her pregnancies and so I have some family history. Also, I have strong mood/energy swings connected to sugar intake. I take one of these packets every other day if I remember, and it seems like it helps my mood changes/radical energy surges and pitfalls. Basically, it is a good multivitamin with some extras like eye vitamins, antioxidants and cinnamon for sugar digestion. The cinnamon capsule is a bit hard to swallow, but that one you can open up if you like and mix with food. The others are all easy to take.
For adults, take one packet daily, preferably with a meal. If preferred, the cinnamon capsule can be opened and the capsule contents added to your favorite beverage or food. Many minerals can affect the absorption of particular medications. Do not take this product within 2 hours of taking medications. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers.
