It really helps cut a cold in half (like, the cold is over after 3-4 days instead of 7+ days). It goes down easy, doesn't have a strange smell and doesn't make your pee smell strange (I hate that). Comments about Nature's Bounty Echinacea, 400 mg Capsules, 100 capsules: I read sometime ago that echinacea, does not help prevent illness. Well, It helps me. If I feel a cold, earache or sore throat coming on, I start taking this, plus a vitamin C twice a day. It works 90% of the time. If I wait too long, I still take them and get over the illness fastser. I read that you should'nt take everyday to prevent illness, only when you feel as if you have been exposed to something, or do not feel well. Displaying reviews 1-3
