Have really bad PMS bad mood swings. My doctor wanted to put me on this aweful medicine i didnt take it. I found this instead and it has worked wonders. Take one 1000mg pill with breakfast and one 1000mg with dinner and i am telling you i have not felt better. Mood is 100% better.Would highly recommend this for PMS suffers.

I took EPO to ready my body for labor with my first child, but didn't understand it fully. Now that I'm pregnant and ready to pop with my second, I actually feel the EPO working! I like that I can just take the one 1000mg pill instead of two 500mg. They are easy to swallow and don't leave a bad taste in my mouth.

I use this together with bilberry and black cohosh. All three provide phytoestrogens, which can help to reduce hot flashes and night sweats. You have to tinker with dosage to find your right combination (maybe alternate the products, take one less requently than another) but in my opinion, anything that reduces the "tropical moments" is well worth the effort.

Thought I had breast cancer or heart problems. Such pain in my left chest/breast area. So bad I went to the hospital. Lucky for me I have an awesome breast surgeon who unfortunatley told me pre-menopause was causing mastalgia(chromic breast pain). I told him I couldn't live like this. He said, "Try primrose oil" Oh sure I thought! But bought it immediately! To my surprise 2 days later, the pain is more than bareable, no night sweats, less irratible, and.....my hair and skin look and feel better. So nice my 19 year old son wants to try it for his skin(he's a health nut)! I couldn't be happier, well, unless there was no such thing as menopause!

Years ago I had heard Evening Primrose Oil was helpful for some joint pain, particularly pain associated with arthritis. I'd also heard it was useful for various "female complaints". The info didn't click for me at the time, because neither issue was an issue for me.

Things have changed, and both are issues for me now. I saw this Evening Primrose Oil 2 months ago at the local drugstore and thought "Why not try it?" The effects were not stunning or immediate, but I just kept taking it for 2 months, once a day with dinner... and then I ran out.

Suddenly I saw all the good this supplement had been doing. Hot flashes returned more forcefully, sleep was again more interrupted, breast sensitivity came back, my knees and back ached more.

That's why I'm here today ordering 2 more bottles, and intend to keep doing so. This has been an effective supplement for me and if you suffer similar issues, you should check it out knowing its effects are (at least for me) cumulative - you may not feel better overnight, but give it some time and then see. I'm convinced now.

I saw reviews of this product and thought I would give it a try. I got this to help with my skin and period and WOW...I have to say I am quite impressed with this stuff. Outcome: it lightened my period as well as the awful cramps. I almost forgot I had it. First time in 10+ yrs I have had a pain-free period.
