Hemp oil contains a ratio of 3:1 of omega 6 and omega 3 oils, a ratio perfect for human consumption per recommended dosage. It also contains Vitamin E. Just try to find it anywhere but online....good luck with that! Thanks FDA and DEA.

It is hard to find an omega-3 product that also has omega-6, which is also a good supplement, so this one pill gives you both. The capsules are strong (so they don't break) and they don't have a fishy smell at all. They are somewhat large but I find capsules are easier to swallow than pills.

I have used three different brands of Omega 3 fish oil, and this one is a pretty good bargain. One of the more expensive brands gave me fish burps, while this one didn't (I know one person said they experienced it).

I started taking this because I was pregnant, although I didn't needed too because I took prenatal vitamin. But just thing that whatever mom take,baby will too. My son 7 months now is very fast in learning and I bet he will walk by 9 months.
