Two capsules get me through the busiest time of the day. If I need more of a boost of energy, I take two more. This supplement is not harmful. I use it every day and love it!

Initially took it for the Ginseng, but it appears to have really helped me out with my B-12 intake. Based on my annual physical, about a year ago, I was underneath the low range for B-12 (even though I took a daily multi-vitamin), and needed a B-12 shot. Started taking this about 9 months ago. Had a physical very recently, and found out that my Vitamin B-12 was on the positive side of the range that it should be in. That was huge progress, and with only 2 to 3 capsules a day.

I'm a single mom, work F/T and School P/T- I was overwhelmed and very tired that I could not keep up. I saw the reviews for this product and I figure I give it a try...by the second day I noticed I'm more alert and with energy. I'm able to study and stay focused without feeling over exhausted. Great Stuff..glad i'm taking it. I also noticed I lost a few lbs - my guess i'm using up more energy than normal.

I've taken many brands over the years but when I got to this one, I've stuck with it and have taken at least 8 botles so far. I even wrote to the company raving about this product! It helped me beat Chronic Fatigue Syndrome!
