Since I've been using this product I noticed that my skin heals faster, my eyelashes don't fall out and my nails grow quicker and stronger. Before using this my lashes would constantly fall out and my nails would always break. I'm one of those people that can't swallow pills so I break'em and chew'em, the taste isn't great but it's not bad and I only take 2 pills a day. Also I notice if I go without it for 2 days I start to loose my eyelashes.

Have used a product just like this from another company in the past. I ran out and noticed my hair ands nail not improving as they did when I was on the suppliment. My nails have started to grew and have more body. I also noticed that hair (not a lot) was growing in slowly at my hairline. I have started to wear my hair in a pony-tail and I saw hair growing in where there hadn't been any. All bodies are different but whatever you try might help in some way.

Unfortunately, I don't see improvement in my hair or nails with this product. Also, please, if you take separate calcium supplements, notice that this product contains 711 mg of calcium (if taking 3 tablets a day). Too much calcium can be unhealthy, so I adjusted my other calcium supplement dose downward while taking this product to reach my normal calcium dose. Google "too much calcium" for more information.

I have been taking 3 a day for a few weeks and have already noticed a little difference in my hair and nails. My hair is a bit thicker which is great and my nails are definitely stronger. Be sure to take with meals because taking vitamins with meals helps them to absorb into your system better and also is better for your stomach

I bought this for all three, hair skiand nails, I have sen dramatic results in my nails much stronger and able to grow longer they lost there paper liek bending quality. I took it as direceted and started seeing resulets i na matter of days, I was able to actually file my nails without them splitting! I also gave myself a mani using simple cheap cuticle oil and a cheap nail hardener just to help a little, as for my hair most of its very damaged from me abusing it, but the new growth i have is very soft and strong. my skin seems to be the same as always maybe a tad bit brighter. Remember to take it with meals and that it is a little hard ot swallow so if you have trouble swallowing i wouldnt suggest this product but I can say it honestly works for me and I just purchased and I just purchased another botlle.
